If an employee has a new phone number and it has been updated. Workforce will not allow them to sign in without a code. How can we get it to send it to the new number?

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. 
  4. Then, type the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message.
  5. We'll ask for additional information to ensure that it's you.
  6. When prompted, reset your password.
