Hi there, Gustavo.

I understand the importance of paying yourself using our payroll service. We always value your business needs and provide excellent service to everyone. Rest assured, I'm here to help you resolve this.

For security reasons, there is a limit on the amount of money that can be sent via direct deposit. If your direct deposit amount is higher than usual, you will receive the same error message as what you're currently experiencing. You can check this article for more details: Get help if you're over a direct deposit limit.

You can submit an online request to increase your direct deposit security limit. Additional documents, such as bank statements, may be required to upload to the request form. If you need to pay yourself before the end of the year and get the request approved as soon as possible, you can pay yourself with a paper check instead.

Additionally, here's an article to learn how to request a direct deposit reversal if you accidentally paid your employee twice: Reverse a direct deposit.

The Community space is always open to everyone. If you have further questions or concerns about payroll direct deposit limits, feel free to reply below. I'd gladly assist you anytime.
