If I have one employee on autopay for payroll, I manually enter hours for another a day after the auto-submit payroll. Will I be charged twice to run payroll?

When using a QuickBooks Payroll subscription to pay employees, you're only charged your monthly fees and a fee per employee. If you've already ran payroll for the month, and then enter additional hours for another day to pay an already existing employee a second time, you won't be charged any differently.
