If I paid vacation hours when I should have paid HOLIDAY hours, can I fix it so vacation used is correct?

I paid 9 hours of vacation when it should have been 9 hours of holiday pay. The $ amount is the same but my available and used vacation amounts are wrong. I know I can adjust the available but can I adjust the used to reflect the right number?

Yes, you can fix the paycheck in order for the vacation used to show correctly, @PFLORES2. I'm here to guide you through the process.

Depending on your processing time and payroll service, you may be able to edit, delete, or void a paycheck. If you still can, follow these steps to do so:

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Click on the Paycheck list.
  3. Pick the paycheck(s) you'd like to erase or void, then hit Delete, or Void.
  4. Tap Yes to confirm.

After that, you can recreate the paycheck using the appropriate information this time.

If that's not the case, I suggest contacting out to our Payroll Support team. They'll be able to investigate the matter more thoroughly and assist you with any necessary payroll corrections or provide guidance on the next steps you should take. Here's how to reach them:
