Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community, @Sony1tapia. I'm here to help make sure that you can view your pay stub.

There are times the accumulated cache in the browser becomes corrupted causing this unusual behavior. To isolate the issue, you can open your account in a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't save cookies and page resources. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

After that, try viewing your pay stub again. If it's you're able to set it, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will eliminate the corrupted junk files so your browser can start over fresh. In addition, you may use other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have the tools that can check your account securely and further investigate this issue.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?)  at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  3. Scroll down to the Type something field and enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

Moreover, you can open this article to guide you in managing your personal and payroll records in Workforce: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks.

Let me know the result in the comment section below. I'll be around to help you further with your QuickBooks Workforce concern. Keep safe always!
