Im trying to run payroll and I need to pay some OT, I dont have a button to do this

You can assign overtime for an employee from your Payroll menu. I'd be more than happy to guide you through the process.
 

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Click the worker's name.
  3. Hit the Pencil (✏️) icon next to their Pay section.
  4. Under Step 4 (How much do you pay [employee]), use your Pencil (✏️) icon.
  5. Tick the Overtime pay checkbox. You can also turn on Double Overtime Pay if necessary.
  6. Select Done.
