Hello there, @alexxiaisaturtle. I'll share some details to help you get rid of the Finish up button in your Payroll overview section in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we do so, know that the button will only show up if there are sections in your payroll setup where you haven't entered the needed information. That said, you'll have to click each item in your payroll setup checklist and complete adding the necessary information.

Also, you'll know if you've completed a specific section if it shows a green checkmark. If not, it'll remain greyed out and would only mean that there are fields inside that item that you haven't entered the information needed to complete it.

You can visit this article for further guidelines: Get started with QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Additionally, here's an article in case you'd like to invite your employee so they can access their paystubs: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs and W-2s if you use QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

You can also check this page to learn more about how to add pay history in QBO: Add pay history to QuickBooks Online Payroll.
