In payroll setup in canon move to next page even though i have input all required info. that is on every employee.

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
2. Select Employees, then Payroll, and then choose Enter Payroll Service Key (or Manage Payroll Service key if you have a different payroll subscription).
3. Click Add (or Edit if a payroll service is already listed, then Remove the payroll service key in QuickBooks Desktop before the next step).
4. Enter your service key.
5. Select Next, and then Finish.
6. When the Payroll Update message appears, select OK.
7. Verify your payroll service status is Active, and then hit OK. 

Then, please update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release and download the newest tax table.

Once done adding your employee and have entered all the information you need about them, you should be able to move on to the next step, which is setting up your company (pay items, deductions, and PTO). Then, use the Assigned to employees button to apply the payroll items to multiple employees.
