Question

In the cash planner my planned events keep getting erased but I cannot figure out who is doing it. Can you tell me who or what is erasing my work?

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior, heparick.

 

As of right now, we're unable to generate a report showing the activities of a Planner item. I recommend sending feedback about this, so our engineers can consider adding such a feature in future updates. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.

 

On the other hand, I encourage you to contact our QBO Support. This way, they can get your account details in a more secure environment and gather more information to investigate the behavior. I know that keeping your records is important, and we don't want you to continue experiencing this.
