The last 4 digits of the Social Security Number (SSN) of your employees will be automatically displayed when you print the pay stub for your employee, @cherylprice1. Let me share some insights on this.

To begin, you have to ensure that the employee's profile contains their SSN. If the SSN is not entered, it will not display when you print a pay stub. Let's confirm that your employees has an SSN

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Click on Employees.
  3. Choose an employee.
  4. In the Personal info, click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the SSN field and see if it's filled in.

Here's how to print pay stub of your employee:

  1. Go back to the Payroll menu
  2. Hit Employees again
  3. This time, click on Paycheck list.
  4. Then just select Print pay stub.

Following these steps will display the last 4 digits of the SSN when printing a pay stub.
