Incorrect data entry

I was a former user of Basic intuit payroll online.  I use the program for informational purposes only,  I pay employees and taxes manually. I use the service for quarterly reports and for W-2s.  For my last paychecks of the year, I accidentally input the date as December 2022.  I am not able to delete the checks or correct the date.  As a result, my W-2s and quarterly reports are going to be wrong.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Let me shed some light on what you can do to correct the date.

 

If you've created a paper check but it's not the most recent one or processed a direct deposit, the system will not allow you to delete it. The best thing to do here is to reach out to our Payroll Support Team. They can help void the paycheck, so you can re-create it with the correct pay date.
