Hi again, Liz627.

I appreciate your quick response and for getting back to me about the deadline. I'm here to provide additional clarification.

Yes, you can as long as you file the form within QuickBooks Desktop no later than January 31, 2019. Just in case you need more information about the electronic filing, I'm adding the state website link as well:

Hello there, Liz627.

It would be my pleasure to answer any questions you may have about filing Indiana state forms.

The filing due date for filing the Wh-3 form will be on January 31, 2018. For additional insights into the deadline, I'm adding the article I recommend below:

Indiana Payroll Tax Compliance.

Please let me know what else I can do to help you today. The Community is on a look out for any of your response.

Thanks for your response.  Another software vendor requires the WH-3 to be submitted four days prior to January 31 in order for the form to be processed.

I don't want to wait until the last day, but I would like to wait until January 29 so employees will have time to review their W-2's before the submission is made.  So, is my understanding correct that I could wait to submit the WH-3 form in QuickBooks until January 29?
