Instructions to complete payroll correct spreadsheet?

Thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community. I'm here to help ensure you're able to correct your paycheck data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To process a payroll correction requires pulling up your account. We're unable to do it here in the Community for security purposes.

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and help correct your last year's paycheck data. Here's how to reach them:

1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
2. Select a suggested option, or type Payroll Correction.
3. Tick Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.
