Inviting employees to payroll cloud services

I'd like to share some information about inviting your employees to QuickBooks Workforce so they may view pay stubs and W-2s, jzk0050.

Your employee will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce to add their personal info (if you selected this option) to view their pay stubs and W-2s. Also, employees can create their own Intuit accounts after accepting the invitation in the email. This allows them to manage their own user ID, personal settings, and security info.

If your employee doesn't have the option to manage their own user ID, personal settings, and security info, then we can resend the invitation. Here's how:

1. Go to Employees on the left side menu. 
2. Choose Payroll Setup.
3. From the Employee list, under Action, choose the drop-down, 
4. Select the option to resend or cancel.
5. When finished, close the setup window.
