Is anybody having trouble with payroll set up?

I'm here to share some information about why you're experiencing this behavior during your payroll setup.
 

Currently, there is an ongoing investigation about receiving a similar error in the payroll setup and while doing tasks on the Payroll page. I understand that this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Our engineers are investigating this issue. Rest assured we will provide an update once information is available. 
 

While our engineers are looking into this, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as one of the affected users. Here's how:

1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Continue.
