Is anyone else having an issue with 941 form preview?

I am simply trying to preview my 941 form, which I have done several times, but this month it says it's an invalid form.  That doesn't make any sense?  Please help!

I hope you're having a great day so far! I'm here to help you view your 941 forms in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Errors may result when too much historical data are stored. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

 

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

After logging in, access the form and see if you get the same 'invalid form' error message. If there's no issue, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.
