Question

Is anyone else not receiving a phone back from QB today? I need help and will pay someone at this point.

However, I'm always around to help with any QuickBooks issues you may have. With this, may I ask what is your specific concern so that I can assist you further and resolve your issue? I appreciate you for providing additional information so I can share accurate details.

 

There are times that we encounter a high volume of calls, thus waiting time is adjusted. That said, I suggest going to the Help menu and set a callback again. This is to make sure that one of our representatives will confirm your call. Please note that they are available from 6 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM (Saturday) to ensure we can assist you on time.
