Is anyone having trouble getting a new hire's DD info entered in QBO. The screen just keeps spinning and has been for a week

Long time, no see! I'm glad to see you back in the Community. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to help load the rest of the page so you can set up the direct deposit information for your new hire. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window will help remove any glitches or errors that can be occurring in your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how depending on your session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Safari: Command Shift 

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. This will help QuickBooks load as a fresh new page. If this doesn't work, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for additional assistance with this problem.
