Is anyone having trouble typing in payroll hours? Last week shows up and not giving me the screen to put in new hours for this weeks payroll..

Let's perform the browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this unexpected behavior. Open QuickBooks Online (QBO) using the incognito mode or a private browser. This browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

 

Then, go back and input the payroll hours again. If it works, you'll want to clear the browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.
