Is anyone having trouble with their direct deposits posting to employee accounts and being withdrawn from business account?

It's possible that you've entered transactions into the incorrect account. We'll need to check your payroll settings to confirm if the correct bank account is assigned.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select the Payroll settings.
  3. Look for the bank account that you’ve selected for direct deposit.
