Is everyone else having trouble entering new employee information?

It does not let me save any info, no error messages.  As usual, there is ALWAYS something not working since Quickbooks took over Intuit.  Anyone recommend a different company for payroll?

Please know that QuickBooks uses cache for a quick loading experience. However, when it becomes full, it will cause unexpected behavior like you've experienced today. 

 

We didn't receive any reported issues similar to this, and since you didn't get any error messages, I suspect it could be a browser error. 

 

To confirm, we can use a private or incognito window. You can check out these keyboard shortcut keys according to your preferred main browser:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL+ Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL+Shift+P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL+Shift+P
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+N

 

Log in to your QuickBooks account and check to see if you can add new employees successfully. If that works, troubleshoot your main browser by clearing the cache. Otherwise, use another supported, and updated browser.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can take a closer look at the issue and help you fix it. They can also request to investigate it whenever necessary.
