Is it necessary to keep the Payroll Tax Payment Withdrawal emails I receive from QBO?

I get three emails per pay period that tell me the tax payment withdrawal will be happening. Is it really necessary to keep them after I have printed them out? It takes up a lot of space in my email.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding the tax notification emails.

 

Those emails are sent so you are aware of the dates funds will be withdrawn from your bank account. Although we indicate to keep for your records, it's not necessary to keep them in your email account. 

 

Whatever method you choose, to print them, archive them, etc., is up to you and the business.
