Is it possible to restart both of my accounts that I started through school? Because I input the wrong info? setting it up through the invitation

I got 2 voucher numbers for school and I don't know if I'll be able to use them again if I delete the subscription

I understand that there's a need for you to know if you'll still be able to use vouchers after deleting the subscription in Intuit Education. However, this feature isn't supported here in QuickBooks Online. No worries, I can guide you through the process.
