Is it possible to run a custom payroll report on one employee showing payroll details with the employees name on the report?

This is a terminated employee who worked for me for 6 months. Legal documents requested include payroll records. I need his name to appear on this report.

You can run the Payroll details report, Pshavor. From there, you can customize it to show the specific employee.

 

The report will provide you the employee's payroll details. Let me guide you:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Enter Payroll details in the Find report by name field. 
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Under Employee, select their name.
  5. Under What to include, select Total and details.
  6. Click Run report.

Once done, you can print the report or export it to Excel. You'll have to click Share, then select either Export to Excel or Print or save PDF.
