Is it possible to send a mass email to all active employees? If so, what's the process?

At this time, QuickBooks Online (QBO) cannot send mass emails to all employees. I understand the significant advantages that having the option to send mass emails to all employees could offer to both you and your business. Our product engineers are currently evaluating feedback and suggestions based on the number of requests they receive and their potential impact on the product.

That said, I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Let me guide you on how:

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
3. Then select Next to submit feedback.
   

You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

Alternatively, you have the option to invite your employees to Workforce, allowing them to access their pay stubs and W-2 forms. Furthermore, I will provide an article that offers guidance on the payroll processing procedure within QuickBooks:
