I have a terminated employee saying it is unlawful to remove his access to Workforce.  Is that accurate?

Warm greetings, Erclark. Let me provide information regarding the Termination of Employment in QuickBooks Workforce.

According to the Additional Terms and Conditions provided by Intuit under Termination of Employment/Independent Contractor relationship, it is stated that "You may have limited access to your information through the QuickBooks Workforce Service when your employment and/or independent contractor relationship is terminated, whether voluntarily or involuntarily."

On the other hand, I'd recommend reaching out to your state for information and verification whether it is required by Missouri law to continue electronic access to Workforce for a terminated employee, as it's beyond our scope of support.

Moreover, you can turn on your notifications for pay stubs. By doing so, you will receive an email reminder each time a new one is available. It ensures that you are always aware of your payment details and can easily keep track of your finances.

I'm always here to support you if you need further clarification regarding the termination of an employee in the Workforce. Just click the reply button below to enter your queries.
