Yes, you'll receive it soon. I'll share some information when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account.
If you're a new user, we'll deposit your first batch of payments within 5 business days. These initial deposits take a little longer because we are setting up your account. We'll be able to deposit customer payments much faster once we've set everything up.
Also, you should receive an email from Intuit if there's an issue with the payment. If you process payments in QuickBooks Online, I recommend that you check the status of the processed payments.
Here's how:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Click the Sales menu, then select the Deposits tab.
Locate the bank deposit you want to review.
You should see a Funded in the Status column for successful deposits.
