You may perform the basic browser troubleshooting to improve and speed up the performance of your browser. Cookies and caches may prevent you from using Payroll.
Here's how:
Restart your browser.
Log in to your account and use an incognito or private browser to visit the Payroll tab. To open a new private window, use the following keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works in the private browser, switch back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Log into your QuickBooks Online account and navigate to the Payroll tab.
