I'm here to ensure you're able to get your bank feeds working again, rockschuler. This way, you can update your accounts and manage your transactions accordingly.

If you've linked your bank account through Online Banking, it's important to keep your bank connection up to date by occasionally refreshing it.

Since the issue persists after refreshing your bank, we can check for any maintenance updates or requests to establish a connection with QuickBooks.

In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions into QBSE. Here's how you can manually upload your transactions using a CSV file:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Imports.
  3. Select Import older transactions for the account that wants to add transactions.
  4. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
  5. Select the file and select Open to start the import.
  6. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other column headers can be in any order.
  7. Select Continue to complete the import.

Once done, go to the Transactions menu and categorize your imported transactions. By categorizing the transactions, QuickBooks will be able to assign them to the correct line of your Schedule C.
