Is QB Online support is available on Saturday?

Let me share details about the availability of our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support, @BSTC.

Before we start, please know that you can always tell me here in the Community about your concerns or what you're trying to accomplish while working with QBO. I'll make sure to provide an accurate resolution for them.

When you're subscribed to either Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start plans, support is available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT. With the Advanced plan, support is accessible at any time, and any day.

We've updated our support options in QBO. You'll have to log into your QBO account to contact our support. Then, visit the Help menu and choose either start a chat conversation or get a call from our experts. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click the Contact Us button.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
6. Select Continue.
7. Choose a way to connect with us.
