Is quickbooks online payroll not offering electronic payment of federal taxes anymore?

We've been seeing posts similar to what you're experiencing. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. You can launch a private window (incognito) and check if you're able to e-pay your federal taxes from there. Below are the shortcut keys that you can follow:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

If you have the option to e-pay, return to your default browser and clear the cache. The cache and extensions are probably interfering with the scripts that QuickBooks is trying to run on the page. Clearing them lets you work with a clean slate. If not, you can switch to a different browser. 

However, if you're still not getting the option, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can double-check why is this happening. This way, they'll be able to investigate further.
