Is the edit function working on an employee's personal info profile?

If you're able to edit your employee's profile, return to your default browser and clear the cache so you'll be able to work with a clean slate. . Your cache and extensions are probably interfering with the scripts QuickBooks is trying to run the page. If not, you can switch to a different browser.
