Hello there, @sawmiller2010.

There may be updates on your mobile device that disable the mileage functionality to show the tracked and calculated miles.

I'm here to help you fix this issue to enjoy this feature. First off, ensure you're app is updated to the latest version.

If you're using an iPhone, you can update apps manually on your Apple device. Here's how:

  1. On your device, open the App Store.
  2. Select the Today tab, then select your profile.
  3. In the Available updates section, look for the QuickBooks mobile app.
  4. If you see the option, select Update.

If you're using Android, use Google's steps to update your app. Here's how:

  1. On your device, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon on the home screen, then tap Manage apps & device.
  3. Select the Manage tab.
  4. Select the Updates available filter.
  5. Find the QuickBooks Online mobile app, and select the checkbox. Then select the update icon.

Additionally, ensure that your mobile device is updated to the latest version of Android or the latest version of iOS (the app needs iOS 12.2 or later to work properly).
