I am following the instructions given but when I go to Resources/Tax Notice I get kicked back to the Payroll Tax page and Help gives me choices that are not related to uploading a tax notice.

We haven't received reports from other users who are having problems using tax notice upload services, @b-marchand.

There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online, to act weirdly. And can be the reason why you're unable to upload a tax notice from the Resource center.

Let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to determine why the such problem is kicking you out and not letting you upload the tax notice. To begin with, let's consider QBO using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to upload the tax notice seamlessly. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.

Now that you're able to upload the tax notice, I'm including this reference so you're able to use all the features and functions of QuickBooks: Help Articles in QuickBooks Online Payroll. Also, you can read subtopics that will describe how a feature is used and how to accomplish tasks related to its functions.

Know that you can always leave a reply below if there's anything else that I can help you with aside from working with payroll forms and tax notices in QuickBooks. I'll surely be around, ready to lend a helping hand.
