Is there a charge to use the Auto Payroll feature?

We already use the Payroll feature within Quickbooks online. I just wanted to know if there is an additional fee to use the Auto Payroll feature.

Hello there, @graphicsetc. I'm here to provide information about the Auto Payroll feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll.

 

There's no additional fee if you want to use the Auto Payroll feature in QBO. This is already included in the bundled feature of your payroll service. To know more details, feel free to check this site: Bundle payroll and bookkeeping

 

This will be available once you've completed the setup of employees and company.I've also got here the list of criteria needed to set it up, visit this link and head to Expert only content: Set up Auto Payroll to pay your employees in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

 

Once everything is fine, below are the step to enable this feature:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account as the primary admin and go to the Settings menu.
  2. Next, select then Payroll Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click the edit button beside the Auto Payroll box.
  4. Select Manage Auto Payroll.
  5. From there, choose the eligible employees you wish to pay on Auto Payroll. 
  6. Then, select Save Changes.
  7. Review the confirmation display for the total number of employees and important dates related to your Auto Payroll processing.
  8. Once finished, select Done.
