I would like to know what kind of access a sales manager gets or a office manager etc.... is there a list somewhere?

I'll share the various options for user roles and access rights.

 

You can manage roles and limit their access when you add a user in QuickBooks Online. You may also control what users can see and do in many areas of QuickBooks, such as customers and sales, vendors, and purchases. You must log in as the primary admin or company admin to add, edit, or remove a user. Simply go to the Settings icon and select Manage users to assign specific rights for them to complete their task.

Additionally, you can also invite your accountant to review your books. This allows them to go through your books, make corrections, and sort out any issues. It also makes the whole process easier, which is especially useful during tax season.
