Is there a way to go back and create a 940 for past years? I'm not showing they exist in my archives.

I'm here to share some information when reviewing past filed forms.

Since you're unable to locate them on the archived section, they may be beyond the allotted years to review the forms. With that, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support team. They got the tools to pull up your account and archive them using your old payroll data.

Here's how:

1. Click the ? Help icon.
2. Enter Talk to a human.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern and select No.
4. Select how you'll want to contact us.
