Is there a way to hide the Pay Period on a bonus pay check?

I have several bonus pay types for bonuses paid to employees throught the year.  In order to use these, I have to "Run Payroll" and use a pay period, but the bonuses aren't for a specific pay period.

Currently, we're unable to hide the pay period in bonus paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO). While this option is unavailable, I recommend sending our software engineers your recommendation so they can take it into consideration in our future product updates.

 

To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Enter your feature request, then Next.

 

Additionally, you'll want to run payroll reports in QBO to view how much you've paid out your employees this year.
