Question

Is there a way to set rounding rules in QB online. The time comes over and we want to set a rounding rule as we bill work performed in 15 min. increments.

We want to use QB time but if we round in Time it will increase payroll time and we want to pay based on actual work time but invoice based on the rounding rule.  Editing hundreds of invoices manually each month would not be efficient.

Thanks for raising your concern here in the Community, @mf31. I'm here to share some details about setting rounding rules in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I know how beneficial the option to set rounding rules is in QBO. However, this feature is currently unavailable. I'd suggest submitting feedback to our team so they can check further on this feature and apply it to future QuickBooks enhancements.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your product suggestions, then click Next to submit feedback.
