Solved

Is there a way to set up irregular pay periods? My income varies and I need a way to pay (myself) when I choose.

Hello there, Cartrefcomm.

In QuickBooks Online, you can only set up a regular payroll schedule. You can create a regular check. Though, you'll have to manually enter the payroll tax.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Plus sign (+) icon.
  2. Choose Check.
  3. Fill in the necessary fields.
  4. Click Save and close.
