Is there a way to tell how much space is allocated ( in total) for our company's file uploads?

There is no file data limit for QuickBooks software. Intuit allows Comma-Separated Values (CSV), QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Quicken (QFX) files to be uploaded. The maximum file size is 350 KB. If your file's too big, try shortening its date range and downloading transactions in smaller batches.
