Is there a way to turn off the Green Banner advertising payroll across my whole QB application?

There's a big green banner at the top of the screen advertising QB payroll and I can't close it or make it go away.  I have no need for QB Payroll and would like to remove this giant distraction from my screen.

    Thanks for coming to the QuickBooks Community with your question.

     

    If there's an option to press an "x" or click no thanks, I recommend doing so to help close it out. In addition, I suggest submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider removing the ads in the near future. Here's how: 

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
    2. Press the Submit Feedback option. 
    3. Enter your suggestions. 
    4. Tap Next to submit them.

    Thanks for the response, but yeah that's the problem.  There is no X or No Thanks. It's just there.  Independence Day sale.  If its there everyday for the next week I'm going to be quite frustrated.

     

    I have repeatedly submitted feedback asking for the upsell ads to be removed or an option or whatever.  I pay for the product, I don't appreciate buttons getting changed to send me to new subscription pages and constant new windows trying to sell me payroll.  I don't need payroll.  For 3 years they've been trying to sell me payroll.  Can't I opt out?
