Is there an equivalent report from your payroll software for 941form ?

I am attempting to reproduce the information found on past 941 forms but cannot find the exact information

We understand the importance of tracking your 941 forms through a report in QuickBooks. We can generate the Tax Wage Summary report, which shows total and taxable wages that are subject to federal and province/region/state withholding. Let me guide you with some steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Search for the Tax and Wage Summary report.
  3. Next to Date Range, choose a quarter, then select Apply.
  4. Look for the totals under Federal Taxes (941/944) (Federal Withholding, Medicare Company, Medicare Employee, Social Security Company, and Social Security Employee taxes). The totals should correspond to the amount in the "Total liability for the quarter" of line 16.
