Is there an issue with Online Payroll? When I hit "Run Payroll" it is not directing me to the normal screen to proceed.

In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to narrow down the cause of the issue. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate web issues.

You can use the following shortcut keys depending on your browser type:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can run the payroll successfully, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. We advise our users to delete them now and then to prevent and fix issues like this.
