The information below will address and resolve your problems, @cecelia1.
I'll give and walk you through the troubleshooting steps to help fix the spinning issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I've checked our incident report, and there are no issues with QuickBooks Online at this time. For more details, check out this article: QuickBooks Status.
QuickBooks collects hide files. These files will become outdated or broken over time and can lead to problems like spinning green circles. With this, I'd recommend logging in to your account through an incognito window. These browsers do not save cookies or site data. This way, we can see if it's browser-related.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
Control + Option + P (Safari)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
Once signed in, go back to the page where you left off to verify if it's already performing well. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.
Additionally, check out this article below on how to improve QuickBooks performance and want faster access to your data: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow?.
Furthermore, may I know which QBO page you're having trouble with? Any additional information will help me check our investigation report and provide an accurate solution to solve the spinning issue quickly.
