Is there an option to see the amount of taxes and the net amount but not process payroll?

The option to see the amount of taxes and net amount without processing payroll is unavailable. QuickBooks Online will only calculate this data once you create a payroll transaction.

As a workaround, you can initiate payroll in the program without submitting it. Doing this will show the employee taxes and the net amount.

Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll and click Employees.
2. Select Run payroll.
3. Click Continue.
4. Select Preview payroll.
