Question

Is there any way to at least be able to send a support request even on holidays? This is absolutely ridiculous that there is no 'Email Support' option.

I have other things to do and would really like to post my question so I don't forget. It would be very helpful if sending an email to the QB support team were an option on days (like Christmas) where the channel is closed.

I would like to set up a demonstration of Quickbooks time and see how it interacts with QB online to create invoices for clients. I have searched for 2 days for videos and they are helpful but they don't answer specific questions to my business.

Here's how:

Start a QuickBooks Time trial—it’s free!
Once you’re signed in, go to Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Select Install next to Demo Mode.
In the new screen, click Turn on Demo Mode.
