Yes, there is @meuwm@! Let me help share how you can set up a design for your check stub.

You can update a preference to set up and select a check stub instead of two. If you're setting up a regular check for expenses, you can do so from the printer setup. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Expenses.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Under Type, select Check.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Find and open the check transaction in question.
  6. Select Print check.
  7. Click Print setup.
  8. Choose Standard.
  9. Continue making the changes needed and print it accordingly.

But if you're meaning to set up a check stub for your employee's payroll check, you can do so from the payroll settings. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Payroll settings.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Click Paycheck Printing Settings.
  5. On the Paycheck and Pay Stub Printing section, select Preprinted QuickBooks-compatible voucher check stock.
  6. Choose Print 1 stub.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Click OK.
