Is there anyone out there happy that there is no"get things done" tab? It was my go to for everything!

Beforehand, do you see any specific error messages while navigating to your QBO account? If there's any, please share it with us or a screenshot of what it looks like on your end. This way, we can provide the best possible solution for this concern.

 

We've organized essential tasks such as setup, completing tasks, and monitoring business performance into separate pages to reduce information overload and streamline the setup process. Effortlessly generate an invoice, review banking transactions, or record a bill using the Get things done tab. This feature enables you to promptly establish customer records, review banking and expenses, and monitor your payroll status.

 

One of the possible reasons why you're having issues viewing this important tab can sometimes be caused by a stored cache and cookies in your browser. Let's try accessing your QBO account through an incognito window to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

Once you're in incognito mode, log into your QBO account and locate the Get things done tab. If you can see it, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to improve the program's performance. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
