Thanks for making a follow-up about setting a maximum number of sick hours per year in QuickBooks Online, @randy73. 

I know how you need to have this setup implemented. I'll share this suggestion with our engineers to consider adding this idea to future QuickBooks updates. I know others would benefit as well. 

In the meantime, you can submit the same request by going to the gear icon and selecting Feedback.
